The Alpha-L, similarly to all the models in the Military Ops Series, is a camera bag that doesn’t look like a camera bag for security reasons. Made out of water-resistant 1680D Ballistic Nylon, the Alpha-L incorporates a unique design with military-like features for quick-access and equipment safety.
Inspired from the Alpha backpack, the Alpha-L is a laptop/photo backpack that features a top compartment for personal gear, a bottom compartment with a padded, customizable camera insert, as well as a dedicated padded compartment to fit most 17" widescreen laptops.
There are 12 pockets to carry extra accessories as well as a rain cover.
The insert is capable of holding a DSLR with up to an 8” long lens attached plus up to 5 small lenses, or two long lenses, and a flash.
Velcro holds the floor of the top compartment in place so it may be removed, along with the camera insert, to use it as a daypack without carrying photographic equipment.
Tripod carrying system and a cell phone holder.
Features a dedicated, padded laptop compartment that holds up to most 17” notebook computers.
The shoulder straps, and the waist belt, are well padded.
